2. Water inlet automatic control device

In order to avoid blocking the machine due to too much water and material during startup, the machine is equipped with automatic control system for water inlet. When the material is cut off or too much material is fed, the water pump will automatically shut down. When the material volume reaches a certain flow, the water pump will automatically open.

 

3. Convenient operation and maintenance

The equipment is operated directly in front of the panel. The water and ammeter can be opened / closed at a glance to avoid the loss caused by operation error.

The screen frame designed by the equipment can be disassembled and installed quickly, which greatly shortens the time for replacing the screen pieces, and the screen pieces can be interchanged with 4 pieces. In this way, the time for replacing the screen pieces, cleaning and maintaining the polishing roller is shorter, and the work efficiency is improved.
