CPH80 Bottle washing machine
Description:
The CPH series bottle washing machine is supplied by the conveyor belt, and the bottle is sent to the water bath for ultrasonic cleaning through evenly distributed ultrasonic pretreatment zone. Then the bottle is conveyed softly to the end of the water bath by sending the bottle to the end of the water bath, and the lifting wheel is removed from the bath to the main cleaning station for water and gas alternately rinsing, ensuring the insoluble particles and achieving good clarity, meeting the regulations of any Pharmacopoeia, and the cleaning effect can be verified.
Technical characteristics:
·Applicable vials are available in a wide range of sizes: 2-100ml, mold replacement is fast
·With ultrasonic cleaning function
·The bottle spray needle penetrates into the bottle to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning effect.
·All pipes in contact with the cleaning medium are made of 316 stainless steel
·Automatic lifting and temperature-resistant transparent protective cover (optional) for easy single operation
·Ultrasonic power online display, recording, storage, printing
·Circulating water tank has heat preservation function
· Equipped with manual lubrication system
·The bottle inner card is FDA certified material, high wear resistance and excellent long-term high temperature resistance
