Ceramic abrasive grain:
1. Cooling aid reduces heat build up in the work-piece.
2. Ceramic grain offers aggressive stock removal whilst providing extended working life.
3. It is more flexible, aggressive than common A/O and zirconia fiber disc. With higher efficiency without
hurting the polishing surface in lower noise.
Fiber disc:
1. Fiber discs feature a full resin bonding system with heavy-duty fiber backing for increased strength, durability and tear resistance.
2. Closed coat for a higher-quality finish than an open-coat disc.
3. Resin bond for heat and moisture resistance, and retaining abrasive grains well.
Application:abrasive fiber discs for grinding welding, seams, removing rust, removing paint and polishing by installed to the electric or pneumatic portable direction grinder in the ship manufacturing, automobile ,bridge and architectural industries.
